Position: - Accounts Executive - 1 Vacancy - FemaleJob Location: -Keshav Nagar-Manjari RoadJob brief: -We are looking to hire an experienced Female Accounts Executive to maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.Candidate must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to maintain companies Financial &amp; Accounts data, and Compliances up to the mark.Must have quick knowledge adaptation.Key Responsibilities: -Maintain accounting records of subsidiary branches using balance sheet analysis and general ledger accountsConversant with Taxation processCompletes other accounting tasks as neededContributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.Invoicing ProcedureVendor Reconciliation, Payments &amp; RecordsDetermines the financial status and health of various organizations and businessesUpdates and maintains general ledger accounts by keeping close track of accounts receivable details and control accountsPreparing InvoicesGST Filing &amp; ProceduresTDS Filing &amp; ProceduresPreparing P&amp;LHelps secure sensitive financial data by assisting other team members with database creation and maintenanceInvestigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.Performing other accounting duties and supporting other staff as required or assigned.ReportingAnnual Audit preparationsInternal quarterly audit data preparationPreparing Financial reportsReport weekly/monthly on the status of finances &amp; accounts activitiesCreating and presenting performance reports.Track expenses in an organized fashionMonitor progress using various metrics and submit reports of performanceCollaborate with marketing team &amp; Directors in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.GST FilingTDS FilingEducational &amp; Qualification skillsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.Firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principlesAbility to perform elementary mathematical operationsWillingness to meet deadlines on a consistent basisWorking knowledge of taxation lawExperience: - 3 plus years of accounting experience.Strong financial analysis skills.Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly with Excel) and TallyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Taxation: 1 year (Required)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Tally (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
