VEGA LEADER, an authorised partner of Virgin Mobile UAE, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Female) with her own visa to lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently</li><li>Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies</li><li>Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs</li><li>Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and optimise existing sales channels</li><li>Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team</li><li>Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required</li><li>Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards</li><li>Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management</li><li>Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role</li><li>Proven experience in B2C telecom sales in the UAE (strong advantage)</li><li>Managed a team before</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills</li><li>Strong target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment</li><li>Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>A high-performance leader who thrives on targets and competition</li><li>Someone who can build, lead, and scale a winning sales team</li><li>A results-driven professional who takes ownership and delivers consistently</li><li>A leader who is not afraid to make tough decisions when required</li></ul>Salary based on experience.Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to careers@vega-uae.comPay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of UAE telecom experience do you have?</li><li>How many years of managerial position experience do you have?</li><li>Do you have your own visa?</li><li>Have you previously worked with Virgin Mobile UAE or similar telecom brands?</li><li>Have you previously managed a team?</li><li>Do you have your own visa valid for 6 months?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
