Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our company&rsquo;s presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and manage daily interactions to build brand awareness and engagement.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and messages to maintain a positive online presence.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase followers and engagement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in DXB Real Estate Market</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience creating, shooting, and editing short-form video content, including Reels and Stories.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Exposure to diverse marketing projects</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
