 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our fast-growing Export operations. The role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance, engagement, and compliance across multiple remote locations.

 Workforce Planning &amp; Hiring
 
 
 &bull; Partner with business teams to plan headcount and hiring needs.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure timely hiring of critical roles and build a strong talent pipeline.
 
 
 
 
 
 Onboarding &amp; Employee Lifecycle
 
 
 &bull; Drive smooth onboarding and early productivity ramp-up.
 
 
 &bull; Track early attrition and enhance retention through continuous feedback.
 
 
 Performance &amp; Productivity
 
 
 &bull; Implement OKRs / KPIs and enable performance reviews.
 
 
 &bull; Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance improvement.
 
 
 Employee Relations &amp; Compliance
 
 
 &bull; Ensure consistent HR policy implementation and legal compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Manage employee relations and resolve grievances promptly.
 
 
 Engagement, Rewards &amp; Recognition
 
 
 &bull; Execute employee engagement and R&amp;R programs.
 
 
 &bull; Support compensation benchmarking, payroll, and benefits accuracy.
 
 
 HR Process Excellence
 
 
 &bull; Drive HR process automation and adoption of HR tech tools.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor HR dashboards and ensure full statutory compliance.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum Graduate / MBA Preferred
 
 
 &bull; 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations / business partnering (Exports, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, or Logistics preferred).
 
 
 &bull; Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and execution capability.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
 
 
 &bull; Sound knowledge of labor and employment laws.

 Tracker &amp; MIS Management:
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain trackers for agreements, litigation, licenses, and compliance deliverables.
 </li>

 Prepare and update MIS reports related to labour and business laws.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Liaisoning &amp; Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Liaise with government authorities (Labour Office, FSSAI, etc.) for licensing, inspections, returns, and handling notices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, due diligence, and documentation workflows.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Support to Legal &amp; Business Teams:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage execution workflows including stamping, scanning, and document sign-offs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparation of presentations and compliance reports for leadership review.
 </li>

 Required Skills &amp; Competencies:

 MS Office
