Job Summary: The Health &amp; Safety Supervisor is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. The role focuses on minimizing workplace risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices on-site.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, company policies, and international standards.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.</li><li>Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to employees and contractors.</li><li>Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper implementation.</li><li>Coordinate with management, engineers, and supervisors to resolve safety-related issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement in health and safety performance and awareness.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Professional HSE certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA) are preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a Health &amp; Safety Supervisor or in a similar HSE role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessments, and accident prevention.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Hazard identification and risk assessment</li><li>Incident investigation and reporting</li><li>Safety training and awareness</li><li>Regulatory compliance</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Team leadership and coordination</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
