<ul><li>Overseeing the building of large construction projects.</li><li>Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and worker coordination.</li><li>Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.</li><li>To ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of construction projects.</li><li>Manage on-site construction Site Supervisors. Communicating with client&rsquo;s engineers and Architects, meetings with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with Manager (Inventory &amp; Logistics).</li><li>Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, costs and attend weekly or biweekly meetings to present progress information to superiors</li><li>Good communication skills in Hindi, organizational skills, innovative ideas, time-management, and aggressive supervisory skills are also important in this Position. He should be detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader. He should also display good decision-making, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. In addition to these capabilities, he should demonstrate the ability to do the following:</li><li>Establishing construction schedules</li><li>Read, Understand and explain drawings.</li><li>Managing on-site construction personnel and skill in attending conciliation meetings with trade unions if necessary.</li><li>Reviewing compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Project Engineer (Civil): 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
