Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Qualification: BDS / BAMS</li><li>Experience: Prior experience in hospital billing is mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge of ECHS/CGHS/Corporate billing processes will be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.</li></ul>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure smooth functioning of the billing department and coordinate with ECHS/CGHS/Corporate/Cash billing teams.</li><li>Coordinate with management, doctors, and other departments for billing issues and follow-up on unpaid patient dues.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, approve leave cards, and supervise billing staff.</li><li>Oversee preparation and issuance of cash, credit, and third-party invoices; resolve billing discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient billing records and ensure timely data entry, adjustments, and reporting of pending or delayed payments.</li><li>Communicate insurance/contract terms to patients and assist in settlement discussions when required.</li><li>Provide training to staff, ensure confidentiality, and perform additional duties assigned by the Person Incharge.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
