 Required skills &amp; expertise:

 Master&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, IT, Risk Management, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of practices, concepts, and business continuity trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of risk and
 
 BCM frameworks, standards, and best practices
 
 (e.g., ISO 22301, NCEMA guidelines, COSO, ISO 31000, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications in business Continuity i.e.,
 
 ISO22301, CBCI
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly capable using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel &amp; PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
 </li>
 </ul>
