In this role, you will design, build, and maintain software solutions that support key functions of investment management business. You will work closely with a collaborative team of engineers and investment professionals, contributing to the development of high-quality systems in an iterative, agile environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications, primarily using Python; additional experience with C#, Java, or C++ is a plus.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to build tools, frameworks, and applications that support investment research, data processing, and operational workflows.</li><li>Participate in an agile development process, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration activities.</li><li>Work across the full development lifecycle&mdash;from requirements gathering through deployment and support&mdash;ensuring high reliability and performance.</li><li>Contribute to web-based tools and interfaces, applying modern web development concepts and best practices.</li><li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of hands-on software development experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with C#, Java, or C++ is beneficial.</li><li>Interest in web development technologies, frameworks, and architectural concepts.</li><li>Experience working within an agile or iterative development process, and with associated tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Excellent technical communication skills, with an ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
