The primary purpose of this position is to:
<ul><li>Manage, plan, and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
</li><li>Review project proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
</li><li>Establishe work plans and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of projecst, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
</li><li>Focus on developing business-critical projects aimed at improving company performance.
</li></ul>Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Operationalization of strategic priorities into meaningful and actionable project launches.
</li><li>Facilitation of large and business-critical projects together with stakeholders, and project teams.
</li><li>Confers with project personnel to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
</li><li>May manage sub-contractors and their workforce.
</li><li>Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budgets.
</li><li>Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
</li><li>Prepares project reports for management and others.
</li><li>Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
</li><li>Facilitates use of standard processes, templates and other project management tools.
</li><li>Engages with global portfolio and project organizations to share best practices.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor degree is required.
</li><li>Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
</li><li>Ten years of project management experience is required.
</li><li>Must be an inspiring project leader with a focus on critical and value-adding tasks.
</li><li>Must be highly motivated, proactive, structured, and outcome focused.
</li><li>Must use a hypothesis&ndash;focused approach to problem-solving and possess strong problem solving skills.
</li><li>Must possess strong stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Must possess strong change management skills.
</li><li>Must possess workshop facilitation skills and be comfortable engaging people.
</li><li>A working knowledge of ERP is beneficial. SAP is preferred.
</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project is required.
