 Responsibilities

 Learn the brand&rsquo;s story, catalog, and mission
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen applications, administer tests, and score candidates to identify top talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit talent for the marketing, product, operations, and HR departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct phone and video interviews with high-potential applicants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support additional HR functions, including employee engagement initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Psychology, or another related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to US-based roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience hiring for an e-commerce brand is highly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of LinkedIn sourcing techniques and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work within a team and independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills for reviewing resumes and identifying the most qualified candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient written communication skills for preparing recruitment reports and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of modern hiring strategies and best practices
 </li>
