 Executive Personal Assistant
 
 to support our CEO and Founder. This role sits at the intersection of high-level executive support, personal assistance, and creative collaboration.
 
 
 This is not your typical EA role. From managing packed calendars to supporting social content shoots, international travel, company events, and daily to-dos &mdash; you&rsquo;ll help keep both the business and the CEO&rsquo;s personal brand running seamlessly.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Administrative Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage CEO&rsquo;s work and personal calendar with precision; schedule meetings, appointments, and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee inbox management; draft responses and flag priority items + manage communications with existing and new contacts with CEO&rsquo;s vision
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up action items
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and manage the CEO&rsquo;s daily to-do list, priorities, and long-term goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a gatekeeper, managing the CEO&rsquo;s time and workload effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate domestic and international travel (including arrangements for her small dog)
 </li>
 <li>
 Send and arrange vendor and personal payments on behalf of CEO
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Creative &amp; Brand Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support CEO&rsquo;s personal social media presence (TikTok &amp; Instagram): film, edit, brainstorm, and keep content aligned with trends and brand identity
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer creative input for event outfits, content shoots, and personal brand moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, pick up, and return items for content, events, and daily needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage closet organization and resale (e.g., Postmark listings)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Personal &amp; Lifestyle Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Run personal errands, book travels, make reservations, and execute lifestyle tasks with care and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the CEO&rsquo;s office space and household organization and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with CEO&rsquo;s small dogs, as needed (must be dog-friendly)
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive for errands or events when needed (must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be comfortable driving in NYC)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and bill payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage + coordinate hired staff at home
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project &amp; Event Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize personalized gifting and coordinate events
 </li>
 <li>
 Help plan and coordinate company events and special projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal creative initiatives and cross-functional priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate the CEO&rsquo;s needs and proactively look around corners for solutions
 </li>

 A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills &mdash; professional, clear, and personable
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy with experience across Google Suite, calendar/email management systems, and social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
 </li>
 <li>
 Fashion-forward and social-media fluent with a strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand presentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with shifting priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to anticipate needs, manage up, and keep projects, deadlines, and priorities moving forward
 </li>
 <li>
 Trusted to make thoughtful decisions independently while knowing when to escalate
 </li>
 <li>
 Quick to learn and apply executive preferences across scheduling, travel, vendors, gifting, dining, and day-to-day operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy and catching issues before they become problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Process-oriented with the ability to create systems, SOPs, trackers, and documentation that improve efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Emotionally intelligent, professional, and able to receive feedback, adjust quickly, and stay composed under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Service-minded, discreet, and trustworthy with a positive, team-first attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled at protecting executive time by prioritizing effectively, filtering requests, and minimizing unnecessary distractions
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable navigating NYC and holding a valid driver&rsquo;s license
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience, preferably in fast-paced, creative environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in NYC with deep familiarity navigating the city
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing both professional and personal tasks with professionalism and care
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience supporting social media or a personal brand is a strong plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Must love dogs and be flexible to assist as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Available for occasional evening/weekend needs based on CEO&rsquo;s schedule or travel/events
 </li>
 </ul>
