Essential Functions:</b></p><ul><li>
Enthusiastically greets every Guest with a smile and positive attitude</li><li>
Take Guests&rsquo; order using the Velvet Taco steps of service
</li><li>Ensure dine-in, to-go and call-in orders are properly rung up in the POS
</li><li>Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions
</li><li>Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law
</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitized service area
</li><li>Have full knowledge of all food &amp; beverage menu items</li><li>
Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift
</li><li>Other functions as assigned by management

Founded on the idea that tacos don&rsquo;t have to be associated with Tex-Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Velvet Taco is where &ldquo;anything goes meets the art of the possible.&rdquo; Some cool things about us: we use only the freshest ingredients available to offer a menu that explores the edge of multi-cultural boundaries, taking the taco to a whole new liberated level.
