 HR Director
 
 for our HQ in New York as we continue to expand across the US!
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting directly to the COO, you will shape and deliver Venchi&rsquo;s people strategy in alignment with our global HR vision, partnering closely with the Global CHRO and senior leadership to enable business growth and foster a thriving workplace culture.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and execute the US people strategy, fully aligned with Venchi&rsquo;s global 3-year HR roadmap and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks in accordance with federal and local labor regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the talent management agenda, including performance management, structured training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic direction for talent acquisition for both Corporate and Retail teams, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to meet current and future business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and enhance the company&rsquo;s total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits, in partnership with the Global HR team to remain competitive in the market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, coach, and empower the US HR team to deliver excellence in both strategic and operational HR activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 The Ideal Candidate
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or HR certification preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a multi-unit retail, food &amp; beverage, or hospitality environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success partnering with senior executives on organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to design and implement people strategies that drive business results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about people, culture, and- naturally - a lover of chocolate and gelato!
 </li>
