Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office) Days: Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum 2 yearsVendiman Private Limited &mdash; a fast-growing retail &amp; FMCG vending solutions company &mdash; is looking for a driven Accounts Receivables Executive to join our Finance team.If you&rsquo;re skilled at managing client relationships, ensuring timely collections, and keeping accounts clean and updated in Tally, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Description: Accounts Receivables ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end accounts receivable processes for multiple clients and regions.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues and follow-up with customers for payments.</li><li>Maintain customer ledgers, reconcile accounts, and update receipts in Tally ERP.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Billing) for resolving invoice discrepancies.</li><li>Generate and share weekly/monthly collection MIS reports with management.</li><li>Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent payment cycles and zero outstanding delays.</li><li>Support audit and compliance documentation related to receivables.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling skills.</li><li>Experience in Retail or FMCG sectors will be an added advantage.</li><li>Must be comfortable working from Andheri East Office (Monday&ndash;Friday).</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to hr@vendiman.com or DM us directly.#Hiring #AccountsReceivable #FinanceJobs #MumbaiJobs #FMCG #Retail #Vendiman #Tally #CollectionsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
