 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 
 The primary responsibility of the Administrator &ndash; Business is to work with stakeholders from all business and related third parties to partner, define, and document business processes and requirements for technology initiatives.
 
 
 All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort&rsquo;s policies, practices, and procedures.
 
 
 
 
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements Business Requirements Document\, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of product/project managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serves as the conduit between the business community (internal and external partners) and the software development team or vendor through which requirements flow.

 Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

 Collaborate with developers, vendors, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

 Be the liaison between the business, technology teams and support teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role will collaborate with business partners, other IT team members, project teams and staff in various functional areas as needed to fulfill the responsibilities described above.
 </li>

 Minimum Qualifications

 Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.

 High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or another related field of study, strongly preferred.

 Must be able to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The primary responsibility of the Cashier &ndash; Poker is to perform Poker tournament buy-ins, award Poker tournament payouts, issue and redeem gaming chips, and record transactions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort&rsquo;s policies, practices, and procedures.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintains positive guest service environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists guests with Poker tournament buy-ins and issues and redeems guests gaming chips.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifies Poker tournament paperwork, including prize pools, staff fees, and revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Redeems Poker tournament prize vouchers from tournament winners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains knowledge of and adheres to all Internal Controls and Gaming Regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a knowledge of the poker room in regards to upcoming cash game promotions, tournament series, and basic poker room understanding to assist guests as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with Cage and Poker Management to resolve guest challenges as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively support and assist colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing assistance with tasks, and generally working as a team to achieve common goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides a service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client, or customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possesses skills to expedite clerical processing, perform a service, evaluate information, and take action based upon information to complete a task or assignment or activity.
