The primary responsibility of the Specialist &ndash; Workforce Management is to complete daily schedule reports and make appropriate adjustments based on callouts and daily business needs.</p>
<p>All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort&rsquo;s policies, practices, and procedures.
</p></div></div><div><div><div><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Manage Team Member phone line for call outs and replacements per requirements and promptly sends notification to each department.</li>
<li>Prints daily roster schedules, pit sheet compacts, duty sheets and/or daily timesheets and send to appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Print weekly refusal logs and sends to appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Assist in the maintenance of Virtual Roster Employee Profiles, i.e., skills, work rules, seniority, roles, etc.</li>
<li>Update Rex daily with housekeeping credit assignments and monitors current room statuses to update Housekeeping and Front Office teams.</li>
<li>Maintain daily attendance and call logs accurately.</li>
<li>Safety is an essential function of this job.</li>
<li>Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.</li>

</li><li>Must have intermediate computer skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>
<li>1 - 2 years of scheduling experience with a hotel/resort.</li>
<li>Previous experience with a Four- or Five-Star hotel/resort preferred.
</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
</li><li>Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.</li>

The primary responsibility of the Specialist - Venetian Rewards is to handle all guest inquiries and provide excellent service at the Credit Desk. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort&rsquo;s policies, practices, and procedures.</div>

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Service guests at the Credit desk by signing them up, reprinting cards, issuing slot credit/match play redemptions, and explaining benefits in detail.</li>
<li>Handle guest challenges according to company policies.</li>
 <li>Assist guests with making and/or revising hotel reservations.</li>
<li>Evaluate guest play and issue comps appropriately.</li>
<li>Assist Venetian Rewards, casino hosts, VIP, and Hotel Operations with information regarding casino guests.</li>
<li>Link Venetian Rewards accounts to Hotel reservations so that Status points can be earned during the guest&rsquo;s visit.</li>
<li>Merge accounts; set-up and re-set account PINs.</li>
<li>Upgrade/downgrade accounts and log changes accordingly.</li>
<li>Adjust point&rsquo;s once proper verification &amp; research has been completed while coordinating with slot dept.</li>
<li>Print Win/Loss statement for guests.</li>
<li>Ensure all counters and the office area are neat and clean and organized at all times.</li>
<li>Read and respond to emails throughout the shift and Answer phone calls.</li>
