Core Responsibilities1.	Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting<ul><li>Identify potential patients through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, walk-ins, social media inquiries).</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into consultations.</li></ul>2.	Consultative Selling<ul><li>Understand the patient&rsquo;s needs and recommend suitable dental treatments (e.g., veneers, implants, orthodontics, whitening).</li></ul><ul><li>Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, and costs to help patients make informed decisions.</li></ul>3.	Building Relationships &amp; Trust<ul><li>Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while dealing with patients&rsquo; concerns.</li></ul><ul><li>Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.</li></ul>4.	Appointment Booking &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Schedule consultations and treatments with dentists efficiently.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper follow-up for treatment plan approvals and appointments.</li></ul>5.	Closing Sales<ul><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed treatments.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle objections and offer suitable financing options (if available).</li></ul>6.	After-Sales Support<ul><li>Follow up with patients after treatment for satisfaction and upsell additional services (e.g., maintenance, whitening, retainers).</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure a smooth patient experience from initial contact to post-treatment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED10,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Medical Field : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
