Job Introduction We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, energetic, and driven video editor/animator intern to join our Lollypop Design marketing team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll bring ideas to life through engaging videos and animations for social media and digital campaigns. You&rsquo;ll help us tell stories that connect with audiences, boost engagement, and make our brand stand out.If you&rsquo;re someone who loves editing, storytelling, motion graphics, and experimenting with viral formats&mdash;this role is for you.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Conceptualize new video formats, series, and storytelling ideas that can connect and go viral.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content.</li><li>Work with the videographer to capture and edit footage for brand, event, and campaign videos.</li><li>Develop simple storyboards and bring creative concepts to life through animation and video editing.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, quality, and objectives.</li><li>Stay up to date with current social media and video trends to constantly experiment and innovate.</li><li>Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet delivery timelines.</li></ul>Superpowers You&rsquo;ll Need<ul><li>Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).</li><li>A good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and pacing in video editing.</li><li>Passion for social media, trends, and creating content that resonates and performs.</li><li>Understanding of motion graphics and basic animation principles.</li><li>Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and adapt quickly.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eagerness to learn.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re excited about editing videos that grab attention, tell stories, and go viral, we&rsquo;d love to have you on board.The internship period will be 3 to 6 months and possibility of a full time position for the top talent.We are flexible with work location as one of our offices located in Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai.Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available for the internship in the next 2 weeks timeline?</li><li>Can you take up this internship within the stipend amount mentioned on this job ad?</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 10/11/2025
