Who are you? As Venn's first Revenue Operations Manager, you'll build the operational foundation of our go-to-market organization from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance &mdash; and carries real ownership over how we instrument, analyze, and scale our revenue engine. You're not inheriting a playbook; you're writing it. We'll count on you to...<ul><li>
Own the revenue operations function end-to-end &mdash; defining the strategy, building the infrastructure, and driving execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance</li><li>
Design and maintain executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, and financial performance</li><li>
Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis, bringing rigor and predictability to our go-to-market decision-making</li><li>
Identify operational inefficiencies and independently implement automated workflows using ETL tools, AI-driven solutions, and process automation</li><li>
Own the design, modeling, and analysis of compensation plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance outcomes</li><li>
Drive pricing, profitability, and revenue optimization initiatives through data analysis and scenario modeling</li><li>
Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership &mdash; preparing board-ready presentations and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations</li><li>
Establish and enforce data hygiene standards across systems to ensure accuracy and trust in reporting</li><li>
Evaluate, implement, and manage the revenue tech stack as the business scales</li></ul>
What You Will Bring:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment</li><li>
Demonstrated experience building a RevOps function or practice &mdash; you've stood something up before, not just maintained it</li><li>
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis and automation</li><li>
Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) to build dashboards and executive reporting</li><li>
Strong command of ETL processes, data integration platforms, and modern analytics tooling</li><li>
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics &mdash; ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and beyond</li><li>
Excellent communication and influence skills; you can synthesize complexity for a CFO and roll up your sleeves with an SDR in the same day</li><li>
High ownership mentality &mdash; comfortable being the sole expert in the room and making consequential decisions without a team beneath you</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)</li></ul></div>
