Our services and products focus on environmental sustainability and quality solutions.Mechanical Sales EngineerThis full-time on-site role in Dubai requires a Mechanical Sales Engineer who will undertake the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Create and foster enduring, profitable relationships with company clients to promote product sales within the designated area.</li><li>Engage with mechanical engineers, consultants, procurement, and contractors to ensure successful product specifications.</li><li>Provide job quotes based on client project requirements.</li><li>Expand sales within the assigned territory, focusing on existing and new accounts.</li><li>Grow sales by establishing relationships with new contractors and furthering sales with existing ones.</li><li>Act as a valuable technical advisor, guiding the engineering and contractor community from the project's design phase through to commissioning.</li><li>Identify and nurture new business contacts and opportunities.</li><li>Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.</li><li>Prioritize effectively based on financial impact for business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with inside and outside sales and corporate staff to meet customer requirements.</li><li>Complete essential reports (scheduling, target accounts, call reports, expenses, etc.).</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li><li>Surpass sales targets through proactive efforts.</li><li>Manage intricate negotiations with senior-level executives.</li><li>Establish enduring rapport and relationships with customers.</li><li>Embrace new technologies and demonstrate business acumen.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma in Mechanical, B.E Mechanical, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering degree required.</li><li>Experience: Minimum of two years in HVAC/MEP/Mechanical sales. Established client relationships in the local territory are a plus.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Product Design Suite (specifically AutoCAD, Navisworks Simulate, AutoCAD Raster Design, Autodesk Recap), Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion 360.</li><li>HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC systems such as Chilled Water System, Cooling Towers, Primary &amp; Secondary pumping systems, Hot Water System, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV systems, etc.</li><li>Technical Communication: Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: A firm understanding of HVAC systems, components, and equipment.</li><li>Sales Proficiency: Strong sales skills for proposals, closing deals, and customer retention.
