Live-In AideWilliams Reid Assisted Living HomeLocation: Anchorage, AlaskaEmployment Type: Full-Time (Live-In)Position SummaryThe Live-In Aide provides direct care, supervision, and support to residents in a licensed assisted living home, ensuring their health, safety, dignity, and daily needs are met in accordance with Alaska Residential Licensing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesResident Care<ul><li>Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility</li><li>Follow each resident&rsquo;s care/assisted living plan</li><li>Monitor and report changes in condition</li></ul>Medication Support<ul><li>Assist with medication reminders or administration (as allowed)</li><li>Ensure safe storage and proper documentation</li></ul>Safety &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Maintain a safe, clean environment</li><li>Respond to emergencies and follow evacuation procedures</li></ul>Documentation<ul><li>Complete daily care notes and required documentation</li><li>Report incidents and concerns promptly</li></ul>Household Support<ul><li>Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and laundry</li></ul>Resident Rights<ul><li>Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and independence</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must pass background check</li><li>CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Complete required orientation and training</li><li>Caregiving experience preferred</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Live-in position (housing provided)</li><li>Overnight availability required</li><li>Scheduled time off provided</li></ul>Compliance Expectations<ul><li>Follow all policies and Alaska assisted living regulations</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation</li><li>Participate in training and emergency drills</li></ul>Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
