If you love the idea of stepping into a versatile role and working closely with others, please apply today.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Commercial real estate marketing assistant needed for boutique commercial real estate firm.Job activities include:&middot; Property and ownership research (Internet and County/Tax Databases)&middot; Contact database entry/management (Excel)&middot; Posting available properties online (Loopnet, Costar)&middot; Creating marketing flyers for properties (Microsoft Publisher, Adobe, InDesign or similar program)&middot; Internet research&middot; Mapping and plotting&middot; Create proposals for prospective clients&middot; Place phone calls to various real estate firms and property owners<ul><li>Allow real estate salesperson to sell more by managing listings, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement.</li><li>Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals.</li><li>Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing packages, and market research for comparable properties.</li><li>Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed agreements, sellers&rsquo; disclosures, and other documents.</li></ul>&middot; Generate reports to display sales activity&middot; Social media postsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSNecessary requirements &amp; skills.<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required, 4-year college degree preferred.</li></ul>&middot; Must have a semi-flexible daily schedule to be able to talk and/or email multiple times during the day and/or week when needed (typically on a minimal basis unless there is a pending project)&middot; Proficient in business software programs including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher&middot; Superb attention to detail&middot; Excellent grammatical, spelling, oral, proofreading and writing skills&middot; Ability to write marketing propaganda for targeted audiences, marketing materials, detailed descriptions on properties, various cities/towns, etc.&middot; Ability to express clearly and effectively in writing and on the telephone; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Willingness to solve problems and to seek out answers with creative, out-of-the-box solutions&middot; Must be able to multi-task and work effectively within time constraints and hard deadlines&middot; Must have superior phone skills (conversational communication and people skills to achieve objective of each call)&middot; Willingness to learn new technologies as they become available, to self-teach and use technology support services for various programs as needed&middot; Excellent clerical and administrative skills, including accurate and proficient keyboarding skills&middot; Ability to gather, analyze and present information&middot; Must have excellent sequential writing skills&middot; Unquestionable integrity and ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information&middot; Dependable and a believer in the accountability of one's own performance&middot; A self-starter who can work independently, able to maintain progress on long-term tasks without direct supervision&middot; Ability to prioritize and organize many tasks from various parties &amp; complete on time&middot; Excellent time management skills&middot; Real estate experience is a plus, but not required&middot; Valid driver's license and vehicle requiredThis position is IN OFFICE POSITION.
