Summary:
This role is responsible for actively monitoring, researching, and analyzing upcoming projects within the Construction, Oil, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. You will maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of projects, resulting in driving lead generation and strategic decision-making within the customers organization.
Responsibilities:
Market Monitoring:
Aggressively scan news sources, industry publications, government websites, conferences, and networking events to identify new and upcoming project opportunities.
Develop and maintain a robust understanding of key project drivers, regulations, and sources across the target sectors.
Primary Research:
Conduct primary research through direct outreach to project stakeholders, including developers, contractors, government officials, and investors.
Develop detailed project profiles, capturing key information such as project scope, timelines, budgets, status, and decision-makers.
Database Management:
Update and maintain a central database of project information, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
Follow existing and actively suggest data classification and tagging systems for efficient retrieval and analysis.
Generate reports and presentations summarizing market trends, project market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
Communication &amp; Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders in the target sectors.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, political science ,or relevant field.</li><li>
Minimum 1+ years of experience in business research, business intelligence, or a related field.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.</li><li>
Good comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.</li><li>
Experience in Business analysis, or business research or any related field
</li><li>Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
Desired Skills:<ul><li>
Experience in the construction, oil, power, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is an added advantage.

Scope of work:
The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE, the sales coordinator will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team, The sales coordinator will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target.
Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each month</li><li>
Identify key prospects for Ventures ONSITE</li><li>
Pre-qualifying sales skills</li><li>
Professional communication in written form is required</li><li>
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts</li><li>
Attend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company's products and services</li><li>
Ensure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional manner</li><li>
Assist Account Manager for sales and marketing activities</li><li>
Assist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvement</li></ul>
Qualifications :

At least 1 to 2 years in sales coordinating or pre sales role</li><li>

Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain

Business Development Representative

<div>Key Responsibilities: 
The Sponsorship and Exhibit Sales Manager (The Manager) is responsible for raising money through the sale of sponsorship and exhibit packages for conferences by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.
Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each conference;</li></ul><ul><li>
Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference;</li><li>
Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required;</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors;</li></ul><ul><li>
Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;</li><li>
Update the company Maximizer database as required;</li><li>
Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached;</li><li>
Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines;</li><li>
Delegate administrative functions to assistants where possible;</li><li>
Meet with trade and professional organizations and other groups to organize, promote and discuss ICS conference / trade show services; and Professionally represent Ventures Connect at all times.</li></ul>
