If you have a passion for technology sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to build rapport and foster relationships.</li><li>Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.</li><li>Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.</li><li>Demonstrate technical knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques for effective outbound calling.</li><li>Experience in technology sales is highly desirable, along with knowledge of technical sales processes.</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.</li><li>A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs and enhancing satisfaction levels.</li><li>A proactive approach to business development with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
