Job Description 
Position Purpose:
The Payroll Tax Specialist provides Payroll/Tax support to all Veolia North America by processing transactions and answering Tax and Payroll questions. Responsibilities may include: backup role in payroll processing for Salary, Hourly, Union, In/Ex-Pat employees, payroll tax setup, and maintain the integrity of HR/Benefit/Payroll data. This position will keep informed about changes in Federal and State laws as they pertain to payroll and tax processing, will also work with the other SSC members, and interact with Directors, Managers and HR team members on project work.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintains and ensures the integrity and confidentiality of all employee files.</li><li>
Ensures the integrity of all HRIS records including employee information, reporting relationships, position codes, etc.</li><li>
Answers questions and provides Payroll Tax issue resolution for all Veolia North American employees utilizing a case management system.</li><li>
Weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing assistance for tax related items.</li><li>
Payroll entry for employee tax adjustments.</li><li>
Perform regular employee level audits to confirm accurate tax setup and withholding.</li><li>
Cross-trains and serves as backup for others in the department as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure on-going SOX compliance.</li><li>
Process information requests from various government agencies.</li><li>
Assist with maintenance of all payroll tax documents and processes.</li><li>
Setup of new accounts with tax agencies and payroll vendor.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy with payroll vendors for jurisdiction configuration.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local Payroll tax regulations.</li><li>
Multiple worksite reporting.</li><li>
Process jurisdiction payments that fall outside of payroll provider responsibilities.</li><li>
Testing of tax configuration within the payroll system.</li><li>
Work with 3rd party vendors for all payroll and W2 related items for InPat/ExPat employees. Accurate and timely entry of these items into the payroll system &amp; validation back to vendors.</li></ul>

Qualifications 
Education/Experience/Background:<ul><li>
High school education or G.E.D. required.</li><li>
Minimum of three (3) years directly related experience in Payroll Administration desired with thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, terminology and interrelationships:<ul><li>
Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is required, specifically Workday. Additional experience with complementary systems such as ADP Smart Compliance.</li><li>
Shared Services Center experience preferred.</li></ul></li></ul>

Position Purpose:
The Inventory Control Specialist oversees warehouse and yard inventory levels, maintains databases of logistics information, and interprets data on logistics elements such as availability, maintainability, reliability, and partners with the local Operations Planner-Buyer(s) on strategic sourcing, price optimization, procurement standards, and service levels. The Inventory Control Specialist is also responsible for the proper organization, storage, and timely dispatch and delivery of materials to field personnel. Job Description 
The Field Service Representative role at Veolia Water Tech involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water and wastewater treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as membrane bio reactor, ultrafiltration membranes, centrifuge, media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications.
Key Characteristics (Highlight characteristics required to succeed in the role)<ul><li>
 Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.</li><li>
 Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on wastewater treatment equipment.</li><li>
 Perform analytical lab testing associated with wastewater operations, such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing requirements.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.</li></ul>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.</li><li>
Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.</li><li>
 Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.</li><li>
Consult with customer management and operation teams.
 </li><li>Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
 </li><li>Other duties as required.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to meet all customer site requirements.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2+ years&rsquo; experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License
Preferred (if applicable):<ul><li>
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation.</li></ul>
Working Conditions (Specify % of travel involved if applicable, physical conditions, interaction with any hazardous material, work environment, etc.)
