Job Summary:Vera Care is looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing &amp; Administrative Executive to support our aesthetic and skincare operations. This role requires a strong blend of creative content expertise, e-commerce management, and financial/administrative capabilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both marketing and operational tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Manage and grow Vera Care&rsquo;s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)</li><li>Create high-quality, engaging content using tools such as Canva</li><li>Design posts, reels, stories, and marketing visuals aligned with brand identity</li><li>Plan and execute content calendars and campaigns</li><li>Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interaction</li><li>Stay updated with trends, especially on Snapchat and short-form content platforms</li></ul>2. E-commerce Management (End-to-End)<ul><li>Handle full e-commerce operations from A to Z</li><li>Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images)</li><li>Ensure smooth customer journey from order placement to delivery coordination</li><li>Monitor stock and coordinate with logistics when needed</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Operations<ul><li>Prepare professional quotations for clients</li><li>Create and manage sales orders</li><li>Familiar with Zoho workflow</li></ul>4. Finance &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Generate financial reports and support accounting processes</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>Work on systems such as Zoho (Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, CRM)</li><li>Assist in tracking revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance</li><li>Coordinate with management on reporting and operational insights</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management</li><li>Strong expertise in Canva and content creation tools</li><li>Experience managing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat</li><li>Solid understanding of e-commerce operations</li><li>Experience with Zoho systems is a strong advantage</li><li>Ability to generate financial reports and support accounting functions</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>2 days per week</li><li>4 hours per day</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible working environment</li><li>Exposure to the growing aesthetics and skincare industry</li><li>A dynamic role combining marketing, sales, and business operations</li></ul>Pay: QAR1,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Residecency (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
