With a commitment to innovation, precision, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to strengthen our production excellence.We are seeking a QC Engineer to join our quality team and ensure that our racks and shelves meet the highest standards. The role involves inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, along with documentation and continuous improvement support. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute production plans based on customer orders and forecasts.</li><li>Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production schedules.</li><li>Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement and stores.</li><li>Track WIP, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Liaise with cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, QA, Dispatch) for smooth execution.</li><li>Generate and present MIS reports on production performance.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Skills:<ul><li>BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years in Production Planning &amp; Control (preferably racks, shelves, or sheet metal fabrication).</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems &amp; advanced Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication, welding, powder coating &amp; assembly processes.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
