Job Title: Video Editor &ndash; Reels Specialist Location: Dange chowk, Pune Company: Grow India Tech Type: Full-Time /Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in short-form content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, trends, transitions, and audio syncing to create high-performing social media content.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit high-quality and engaging Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos for various social media platforms.</li><li>Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, effects, and music in line with current trends.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketers to understand the creative direction and brand tone.</li><li>Manage raw footage, organize media, and maintain structured project files.</li><li>Repurpose long-form videos into short, snappy content.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends, audio tracks, and formats on Instagram and TikTok.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of content.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience editing social media videos, especially Reels or Shorts.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Knowledge of aspect ratios and platform-specific requirements.</li><li>Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Good understanding of social media algorithms and what drives engagement.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar).</li><li>Understanding of influencer or fashion/lifestyle content (if relevant).</li><li>Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,527.35 - &#8377;35,986.73 per month
