ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking for a data-driven SEO &amp; Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to own and scale organic acquisition and website performance across our B2B digital properties. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth by improving search visibility, user experience, and on-site conversion rates throughout the buyer journey.
You will partner closely with demand generation, product marketing, design, and vendors to ensure our website attracts the right audiences and converts them into high-quality leads. This position reports to the Director of Web Strategy and Content.
REPSONSIBILITIES
SEO Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven growth.</li><li>
Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, mid-funnel, and bottom-funnel B2B queries.</li><li>
Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and crawlability to improve organic performance.</li><li>
Partner with content teams to guide SEO-driven content planning, briefs, and optimization.</li><li>
Monitor algorithm updates and evolving search trends (including AI-driven search experiences).</li></ul>
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)<ul><li>
Own the CRO roadmap for key website pages (homepage, product pages, landing pages, pricing, demos, forms).</li><li>
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across the funnel.</li><li>
Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis.</li><li>
Collaborate with UX/UI, growth marketing product marketing, and vendors to implement and scale winning experiments.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track and report on SEO and CRO KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.</li><li>
Build dashboards and insights to communicate performance to stakeholders.</li><li>
Use data to prioritize initiatives and continuously refine strategies.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with Demand Gen to align SEO and CRO efforts with campaign goals.</li><li>
Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure lead quality and attribution accuracy.</li><li>
Collaborate with Engineering on technical SEO improvements and site performance.</li><li>
Work closely with UX design in devloping test variants and establishing success goals for visitors</li></ul>
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in a field approved by the hiring manager</li><li>
5+ years of experience in SEO and/or CRO, with a strong emphasis on B2B.</li><li>
Proven success in improving organic traffic and conversion rates for B2B websites.</li><li>
Deep understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (site speed, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and CRO best practices.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>
Ability to manage several concurrent test projects and prioritize against marketing goals</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex sales cycles.</li><li>
Familiarity with long buying journeys, multiple personas, and gated content strategies.</li><li>
Experience optimizing demos, trials, or sales-led funnels.</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a Paid Media Manager &amp; Copywriter &mdash; a hybrid role that combines strategic performance marketing and persuasive writing to accelerate lead gen, improve channel performance, and strengthen brand voice across paid channels.
The Paid Media Manager &amp; Copywriter is responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and 6sense &mdash; and creates compelling copy and content that drives both performance and engagement.
You&rsquo;ll work cross-functionally with Demand Gen, SEO, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure paid efforts align with broader company goals and consistently convert prospects into qualified pipeline.
REPSONSIBILITIES
Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns that align with demand generation and revenue goals.</li><li>
Build media plans, set budgets, allocation strategies, and performance forecasts.</li><li>
Monitor and optimize campaigns daily/weekly to improve ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.</li><li>
Conduct regular A/B tests on audiences, creatives, ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing pages.</li><li>
Manage ad account structures and develop performance dashboards.</li></ul>
Copywriting &amp; Creative Development<ul><li>
Write clear, strategic, and conversion-focused copy for ads across all channels (search, social, display, video).</li><li>
Collaborate with designers to produce high-impact creative assets that are on-brand and performance-oriented.</li><li>
Develop hooks, value propositions, and CTA language informed by audience insights and campaign performance.</li><li>
Maintain messaging consistency across paid channels and landing pages.</li></ul>
Measurement &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.</li><li>
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.</li><li>
Work with analytics and operations to ensure tagging, tracking, and attribution are accurate.</li></ul>

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field that is approved by the hiring manager.</li><li>
4+ years of experience managing paid media in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.</li><li>
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition channels profitably.</li><li>
Strong writing skills &mdash; ability to craft high-impact copy for ads, landing pages, and assets (as needed).</li><li>
Significant experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau).</li><li>
Hands on experience articulating data needs and sources to ensure we are capturing what we need to drive reporting and accelerate results</li><li>
Ability to interpret data and translate performance into strategic decisions.</li><li>
Excellent project management and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.</li><li>
Data driven to the core with an obsession for tracking and reporting to prove impact and scale.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).</li><li>
