We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join our team in South Central Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and building strong relationships with patients. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.</li><li>
Diagnose and treat dental issues using advanced dental techniques and technologies.</li><li>
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.</li><li>
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care measures.</li><li>
Collaborate with dental assistants, EFDAs, hygienists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits include: Salary: $250,000- $450,000<ul><li>

Requirements:

 Qualifications:<ul><li>
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.</li><li>
Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.</li><li>
Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with proficiency and precision.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
