On-Site Dental Lab: Fast, high-quality, custom restorations with seamless lab communication for optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>
EFDA &amp; Hygiene Support: Focus on patient care while supported by a highly trained clinical team that enhances efficiency and workflow.</li></ul>
 Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.</li><li>
Diagnose and treat dental conditions using modern techniques and technologies.</li><li>
Provide comprehensive restorative and interdisciplinary care within a team-based clinical model.</li><li>
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.</li><li>
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.</li><li>
Collaborate with dental assistants, EFDAs, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences.</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits include:
Salary: $250,000-$450,000<ul><li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.</li><li>
Valid state dental license and current DEA registration.</li><li>
Proven experience in performing a wide range of dental procedures with proficiency and precision.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
