</b></p><p></p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
</p><ul><li>Answer phone and emails for inspection requests
</li><li>Assist callers, including in-house project managers/engineers with inspection requests
</li><li>Generate work orders and dispatch inspectors to the appropriate project site according to the client and project inspection needs
</li><li>Fill out dispatch request forms using in-house and/or MetaField Field Information Management System (FIMS)
</li><li>Provide accurate and complete project information to field inspectors including the correct forms and reports to use
</li><li>Maintain an accurate and complete dispatch log of inspection and update daily
</li><li>Schedule all pick-ups and drop-offs for projects and intra-office transfers
</li><li>Maintain an accurate and complete pick-up and drop-off report/list, and update daily
</li><li>Maintain an accurate and complete file of all inspector certifications and resumes
</li><li>Maintain an accurate file of all sub-contractors and all related contract documents
</li><li>Review sub-contractor's invoices for completeness and accuracy
</li><li>Assist in project related tasks such as making corrections to the inspection reports, materials test reports, tracking down projects, communications with accounting (accounts receivable and billing), and project manager/engineer
</li><li>Order office and field supplies
</li><li>Attend required meetings
</li><li>Follow company policies and procedures, and all safety procedures
</li></ul><p></p><p>What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
</p><ul><li>3 - 8 years of experience with dispatch in a consulting environment for materials
</li><li>High school diploma required, college course work preferred
</li><li>Have a strong understanding of the different types of inspector certifications required for inspections, including:
<ul><li>ICC Commercial Building
</li><li>ICC Fireproofing
</li><li>ICC Masonry
</li><li>ICC Prestressed Concrete
</li><li>ICC Reinforced Concrete
</li><li>ICC Soils
</li><li>ICC Structural Steel Bolting (S1)
</li><li>ICC Structural Steel and Welding (S2)
</li><li>AWS/CWI Welding
</li></ul></li><li>A/R reconciliation experience preferred
</li><li>Prior experience with inspections preferred
</li><li>Intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
</li><li>Ability to pass a background check, drug
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range:
</b></p><p>$25-36/Hr.
