Qualifications:

3+ years in retail leadership (wireless retail = bonus points)</li><li>
Solid handle on budgets, inventory, and store operations.</li><li>
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
A high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
You are at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check.</li><li>

Lifting and Moving:</b> Required to lift (up to 25lbs) and move boxes of merchandise, fixtures, or other items.</li><li><b>
Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching:</b> Tasks like stocking, assisting customers, or retrieving items from lower shelves require these movements.</li></ul></div></li></ul><p><b>
Communication:</b> Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and staff.</p><p><b>
Flexibility and Adaptability:</b> Retail store managers need to be able to manage high-pressure situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</p><p><b>
Other Skills:</b> Beyond physical requirements, retail store managers also need strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.</p><p>
