Responsibilities:

Complete the New Hire training and meet program requirements to become eligible for the bonus.
</li><li>Build proficiencies related to selling T-Mobile wireless products and services to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience by:

<ul><li>Exploring individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.</li><li>
Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.</li></ul></li><li>
Approach service and sales needs with care, patience, honesty, and empathy.</li><li>
Become skilled and be able to consistently demonstrate the ability to balance the customer experience while attaining performance targets.</li><li>
Always be knowledgeable of the latest T-Mobile wireless plans, services, and products.</li><li>
Always be knowledgeable of the store's operational requirements.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Great communication skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Always have a can-do attitude that is positive, supportive, and cooperative.</li><li>
Team player that can work along with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.</li><li>
You are at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check.</li><li>

What the Job Demands Physically:</b></h2><p></p><ul><li><div><br>

Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand for extended periods while assisting customers.</li><li>
