Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist &ndash; Operations &amp; Total Rewards to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support employees and managers across the full spectrum of HR&mdash;enhancing processes, managing programs, and contributing to initiatives that help people thrive at work. From onboarding and benefits to engagement, performance, and compliance, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while also helping shape programs that strengthen our culture and support business success.

Schedule:
This position is in-office from Monday &ndash; Thursday in our new Burlington, MA location, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
HR Operations<ul><li>
Lead onboarding and offboarding to ensure positive and seamless employee experiences.</li><li>
Be a trusted partner for employees by responding to HR-related questions with empathy and accuracy.</li><li>
Maintain and continuously improve HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.</li><li>
Partner with the HR team to streamline processes and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency.</li></ul></li><li>
HR Programs &amp; Employee Experience<ul><li>
Support core HR programs such as performance management, benefits enrollment, engagement surveys, and training.</li><li>
Collaborate on HR communications and events that strengthen employee connection and culture.</li><li>
Maintain and enhance the HR intranet, ensuring employees and managers have access to helpful resources.</li><li>
Collect and analyze data to provide insights that inform HR initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.</li></ul></li><li>
Total Rewards<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, working closely with vendors as needed.</li><li>
Administer employee benefit programs, including configurations, audits, and annual enrollment.</li><li>
Assist in developing benefit communications and educational resources for employees and managers.</li><li>
Support compensation initiatives, including survey submissions, job evaluations, role benchmarking, and market research to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.</li></ul></li><li>
Compliance &amp; Data Management<ul><li>
Ensure HR practices and processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.</li><li>
Support monthly compliance actions and contribute to continuous improvement in data integrity.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR operations, benefits, and/or total rewards.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across levels.</li><li>
Experience implementing and administering HR systems or programs that improve efficiency and employee experience.</li><li>
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration.</li><li>
Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</li></ul>
