<div>The Senior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective technical and analytical solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions.
</li><li>Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
</li><li>Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
</li><li>Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
</li><li>Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership.
</li><li>Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables.
</li><li>Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred.
</li><li>Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.
</li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
