St. Joseph Residential Care Home is looking to hire a full-time evening Med Tech or LPN - Sign on Bonus of $1500 for Med Tech, $3000 for LPN (for full-time).

St. Joseph Residential Care Home is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Med Tech or LPN dedicated to delivering exceptional care to active seniors in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You&rsquo;ll use strong communication and organizational skills to administer medications, assist with daily care needs, and champion resident dignity and independence. Med Tech/LPN Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.</li>
<li>Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies.</li>
<li>Provide care in alignment with each resident&rsquo;s individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes.</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Director of Nursing or Administrator, including family concerns or complaints.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment while addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.</li>
<li>Engage with residents in ways that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences.</li>
<li>Complete documentation thoroughly and on time, including charts, reports, logs, and records.</li></ul> 


Med Tech/LPN Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current LPN license or work experience as Med Tech.</li>
<li>Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Compassionate, resident-centered approach with commitment to confidentiality and safety.</li></ul>
