<p></p><div><b>Position Summary</b><b>:</b></div>
<div>Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility. This includes safely handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines. Ensures all assigned areas&mdash;including the Front Office, Lobby, Restrooms, and Breakrooms&mdash;are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to company standards. Performs additional duties as assigned to support overall facility cleanliness and operations.</div>
<div>This position is not responsible for supervising any employee.</div>
<p></p><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><b>:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and organize tasks to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Verbal communication skills to report issues and coordinate with others.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions.</li>
<li>Knowledge of proper procedures for gathering, emptying, and disposing of trash.</li>
<li>Well versed in OSHA requirements for Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Electrical Safety, Slip, Trip, and Fall Prevention, Ergonomics and Material Handling, Respiratory Protection, Lockout/Tagout, and Training and Recordkeeping.</li>
<li>The incumbent is expected to manage company resources responsibly.</li>

</ul><p></p><div><b>Required Qualifications</b><b>:</b></div>
<ul><li>Requires a High School Diploma or GED, along with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in custodial or cleaning services.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented facility environment.</li>

<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Work Environment</b><b>:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for long periods.</li>
<li>Knowledge of sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and sanitizing various surfaces, especially restrooms.</li>
<li>Skill in using and maintaining cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaner, floor buffer, and carpet cleaner.</li>
<li>Frequently moves safely about the building to conduct business.</li>
</ul><div>Constantly must wear common protective or safety equipment &ndash; ANSI Z87.1 2003 standard safety glasses are required in plant. Must wear required protective equipment, including ANSI Z87.1-2003 standard safety glasses when in the plant.</div>
