Vernis &amp; Bowling, an AV Rated national firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Workers' Compensation Department in our Atlanta office.Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation (with a preference for defense experience). Candidates must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload. Candidates must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions.
