<ul>
<li>Lead all daily parts department operations for efficiency and profitability
</li>
<li>Manage inventory levels, special orders, and cost controls
</li>
<li>Maintain strong working relationships with Ford OEM vendors and suppliers
</li>
<li>Accurately price, order, and receive parts using dealership management systems
</li>
<li>Oversee returns, cores, and warranty documentation
</li>
<li>Provide timely parts support to the service department
</li>
<li>Reduce obsolete inventory and uphold dealership standards
</li>
<li>Train and develop parts department staff
</li>
<li>Analyze department performance and implement improvement strategies
</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
</li>

<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in an automotive dealership parts department (management or assistant management preferred)
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Ford OEM parts systems and DMS platforms
</li>
<li>Proven inventory management and cost-control abilities
</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
</li>
<li>Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities
</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record
</li>
