 We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team and lead agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams in our T2 business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and transparency. You&rsquo;ll work closely with program management, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business outcomes.

 Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, influencing successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional initiatives.

 Facilitate key ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
 </li>

 Help teams continuously improve by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. Serving as the Lean-Agile champion and change agent to their aligned program or value stream.
 </li>
 <li>
 Protect the team from distractions and ensure a healthy, productive environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration with Product Owners on backlog management and priority alignment
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report out on delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to help teams optimize performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Remove roadblocks and serve as a point of escalation for delivery challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Subject matter expert for agile/lean/scrum practices. Apply and implement effective scaling methodologies, processes, and tools

 Define, create, and manage agile performance metrics across the portfolio for the organization through dashboards, reports, etc.

 <li>
 Keep abreast and share agile/scrum best practices. Educate, train, and share with organizations, documenting best practices and implementing standard work.

 Required Qualifications

 Certified Scrum Master with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with advanced skills in Jira tool set, including creating dashboards, metrics
 </li>

 Proven track record of setting up and operating in scaled and distributed environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact with both clients and application end-users, internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in creating high-performing agile teams.

We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager to help scale and strengthen Agile practices across our product and engineering organization. This role plays a key part in enabling our product operating model&mdash;how we organize around empowered, cross-functional teams to deliver continuous customer value.

Reporting to the Head of PMO, this role will work in close partnership with the PMO to ensure alignment between Agile ways of working and enterprise planning, governance, and execution. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable coaching teams, influencing leaders, and building a high-performing team of Agile practitioners. The Agile CoE Leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to embed a high-performing, outcome-driven culture rooted in modern Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles.

Agile Strategy &amp; Ways of Working

<li>Support the evolution of Agile practices aligned to the organization&rsquo;s product operating model and business goals.</li>

Qualifications

Required
<ul>
<li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in software delivery, with strong hands-on Agile experience.</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile environments within software or SaaS organizations.</li>
<li>3+ years of prior experience managing or leading Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, or similar roles.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with PMOs or similar governance functions.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product-centric delivery.</li>
<li>Experience coaching teams and influencing ways of working.</li>
<li>Familiarity with integrating Agile practices into portfolio planning and governance structures.</li>
<li>Exposure to DevOps and modern software delivery practices.</li>

Preferred
