In this role, you will facilitate and support organizational readiness in the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives. As Versapay continues its rapid growth, the need for alignment and execution of these programs is crucial.

You will provide outside-in thinking, frame milestones and timelines, drive cross-functional alignment, tracking, and execution, and help solve roadblocks.<br>

<div>To accomplish this, you&rsquo;ll have experience managing cross-functional technical programs, as well as delivering products to market. In addition, <b>experience in strategy consulting,</b> or in operations at a SaaS and/or Payments company is highly preferred.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Support and help manage cross-functional programs: Define program goals, frame workstreams and approach, establish roles &amp; responsibilities and facilitate program routines to deliver in the most efficient way.
</li><li>Drive progress and resolve roadblocks: Independently monitor and report on progress, identify and escalate issues, and <b>work cross-functionally to address them proactively and creatively.
</b></li><li>Ensure goals are met: manage timelines, track progress, analyze results, and ensure stated objectives are achieved. Assist with execution where needed, ensuring all aspects of programs are progressing smoothly.
</li><li>Build and improve processes: Remove operational roadblocks; simplify, seek out, propose, and build new processes to help us achieve our objectives.
</li><li>Lead with data: Partner with analytics and other teams to identify key insights, quantify opportunities/results, and ensure prioritization and capture of these opportunities.
</li><li>Develop technical delivery plans which outline the milestones and checklists at various stages of the product delivery life cycle. <b>Act as a key partner with product, </b>design, analytics and engineering teams to develop project plans with technical activities.
</li><li><b>Develop audience-aware, outcome-driven messaging </b>for key routines, leadership updates and customer-facing communications</li><li>
Facilitate migrations and go-lives, inclusive of working with internal and external teams to develop migration/launch strategy, identify beta customers, develop communications and track go-to-market activities.
</li><li>Support other strategic priorities: Support Product leadership on strategic and operational initiatives as required.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What you'll bring to the team:</b></h3><ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
</li><li>Experience: 2 -5 years, including a proven track record of managing cross-functional and technical programs, as well as launching new products. This includes partnering with product, engineering, and other functions to define product roadmap and key milestones, managing beta programs, helping establish and track performance and product KPIs. Comfortable and proven experience working with clients and/ or third parties outside of internal stakeholders. Related industry experience in Payments, and/or SaaS is a strong asset. Experience in large-scale migration critical.</li><li>

</b></li><li>Drive and follow-through: Excellent organizational skills, work ethic, and passion to deliver on commitments. Experience in leadership roles and eager to expand this skillset. Knowledge of what needs to be done and how to work with others to help make it happen.
