Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable<ul><li>Process vendor invoices, match with purchase orders, and verify supporting documents.</li><li>Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable for shipping operations.</li><li>Prepare customer invoices for freight charges, demurrage, and other shipping services.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in credit control.</li></ul>2. Bank &amp; Cash Transactions<ul><li>Handle petty cash and reconcile cash balances.</li><li>Process and record bank transactions, including inward/outward remittances related to import/export shipments.</li><li>Assist with foreign currency transactions and liaise with banks for Letters of Credit (LC) or Bill of Lading-related payments.</li></ul>3.
