Job briefWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we&rsquo;d like to meet you.Ultimately, you&rsquo;ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients&rsquo; needs and help us grow our customer base. Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers</li><li>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps</li><li>Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets</li><li>Build page navigation buttons and search fields</li><li>Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like</li><li>Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)</li><li>Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)</li><li>Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback</li><li>Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role</li><li>Portfolio of design projects</li><li>Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)</li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders</li><li>Good time-management skills</li><li>BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sr. UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc.</li><li>Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign premier pro) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.</li><li>Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.</li><li>Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels.</li><li>Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.</li><li>Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.</li><li>Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.</li><li>Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content.</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.</li><li>Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.</li><li>Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.</li><li>Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.</li></ul>Interested candidates can call at 7877672276Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhilwara, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
