Position Overview: In this role, you'll be an essential part of our mission to create success stories every day. Your role involves engaging with job seekers, guiding them through their job search journey, and matching them with their ideal job opportunities. You will:

<li>Schedule and interview applicants</li>
<li>Help prepare candidates for first day on the job</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, respond to emails</li>
<li>Support recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction</li>
</ul>

You have:

<li>1+ years in a customer service industry</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Multi-line phone experience preferred</li>
<li>MS Office proficiency</li>
</ul>
Pay: $19.77 - $23.85 per hour

Location: Cedar Hill, TX (Onsite)
