Job Title: Back Office AccountantJob Description:We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Accountant to handle all accounts-related work, including complete Tally functions. The role involves supporting the Service and Sales teams in their day-to-day back-office activities, maintaining their files, preparing reports, and coordinating with customers for follow-ups. The candidate should be flexible in working, proactive in handling tasks, and maintain a friendly approach with colleagues and clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.</li><li>Support Service &amp; Sales teams with back-office requirements.</li><li>Maintain files, documentation, and reports for teams.</li><li>Prepare regular MIS and financial reports.</li><li>Follow up with customers regarding payments and other requirements.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination within the team and with clients.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Tally and general accounting practices.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work flexibly.</li><li>Team-friendly and customer-oriented approach.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
