<p>We're looking for a self-motivated Sales Account Representative to help expand our presence in a growing market.</p>
<p>In this field sales role, you'll take ownership of your territory, meeting with clients, presenting tailored solutions, and generating new business opportunities. You'll be supported by a high-performing team and proven systems designed to help you succeed.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, and insurance contacts</li><li>
Act as the first point of contact for clients needing environmental testing services (asbestos, mold,lead, bacteria)</li><li>
Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly</li><li>
Generate new business through office visits, trade shows, industry events, and daily face-to-face interactions with potential clients.</li><li>
Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel</li><li>
Prospect and follow up with potential customers online, by phone, or in person to find upsell opportunities and new clients</li><li>
Create, present, and negotiate solutions, then close the sale</li><li>
Stay informed about market trends and help clients understand what makes us different</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers</li><li>
Attend industry events, expos, and company sales meetings</li><li>
Meet all outside sales duties and hit sales targets</li><li>
Help recruit and train new sales reps</li><li>
Work well with your team and share what works</li><li>
Use confident, persuasive sales techniques to close deals</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Must have at least 2 years of in-person or field sales experience, including meeting clients face-to-face, conducting site visits, or managing a territory.</li><li>
Must be comfortable with local travel to meet clients on-site as part of day-to-day responsibilities.</li><li>
Team-oriented, organized, and a self-starter with strong attention to detail, service mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
Consistent top performer in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred (B2B, B2C)</li><li>
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; industry or product knowledge is a plus</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li><li>
Experience in lead generation and prospecting<br>
Skilled at closing deals and managing customer relationships</li><li>
Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, healthcare, real estate) preferred</li><li>
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection professionally</li><li>
Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and customer needs</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required)</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.</li><li>
Willingness to develop and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>
A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.</li></ul>
