We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive HR Executive who can own day-to-day HR operations, hiring, and employee coordination while helping us foster a positive, organized, and high-performing workplace.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, people interaction, and being a key support system for growing teams.Key Responsibilities People &amp; Employee Operations<ul><li>Maintain and manage accurate employee records and documentation</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for internal communication and employee queries</li><li>Support a structured, healthy, and people-first work environment</li></ul>Attendance, Time &amp; Leave Management<ul><li>Track daily attendance, work schedules, and leave applications</li><li>Maintain accurate timekeeping and reporting through organized systems</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Salary Coordination<ul><li>Compile and validate payroll inputs (working hours, leaves, deductions)</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely and error-free salary processing</li></ul>Hiring &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Own end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized onboarding experience for new hires</li></ul>Culture, Engagement &amp; Training Support<ul><li>Support internal training initiatives, team activities, and engagement programs</li><li>Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture</li></ul>Freelancer &amp; Cross-Team Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with freelancers: task clarity, hour tracking, and record management</li><li>Assist with basic administrative or operational tasks to support team efficiency</li></ul>Documentation &amp; HR Systems<ul><li>Maintain clean, well-structured records for employees, freelancers, attendance, leaves, and payroll</li><li>Use Excel, HR tools, and shared drives to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Excel and documentation tools</li><li>Familiarity with HR software and time-tracking platforms</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with confidentiality and attention to detail</li></ul>Why Join Vertical 3D Tech?<ul><li>Work with a fast-growing, global creative &amp; 3D visualization agency</li><li>Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and respectful team</li><li>Get hands-on ownership and real growth opportunities</li><li>Experience a people-first culture that values accountability and performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali Sas Nagar, Chandigarh
