 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Create marketing materials in line with the marketing strategies each week
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct an iterative workflow to improve the performance of live ad campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with UA Managers to create A/B tests
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with the Art team to create new concepts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Technical experience to compose marketing creatives in line with the briefs,
 </li>
 <li>
 A core understanding of Maya, Blender or 3D Max,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create 3D animated scenes, take renders and add animations or effects over After Effects if necessary while exporting the video for publishing
 </li>
 <li>
 Record gameplay videos on Unity, edit and export the videos ready for publishing
 </li>
 <li>

 Export animations compatible with Unity game engine

 Responsibilities

 Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, ARPU) and iterate quickly based on real-time data
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting spend, revenue, and user LTV
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities

 <li>
 Collaborate with product and live ops teams to align UA strategy with game updates and content calendars

 Manage partner relationships with ad networks and MMPs

 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming

 Proven track record of managing large-scale UA budgets and achieving performance targets

 Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization

 <li>
 Experience in testing, finding and scaling high-performing ad creatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of key UA and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention curves)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build and interpret forecasting models and cohort analyses
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, analytics, and creative teams
