The (VA) will play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams. This person will help ensure deals move smoothly, communication stays tight, and nothing falls through the cracks.</p>

Experience in transaction coordination is highly preferred &mdash; but not required for the right high-output, detail-oriented operator.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with real estate transaction coordination tasks</li>
<li>Manage contracts, documents, and compliance tracking</li>
<li>Track deal timelines and ensure deadlines are met</li>
<li>Communicate with title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams</li>
<li>Maintain Salesforce (CRM) accuracy and update deal status in real-time</li>
<li>Support disposition and acquisition teams with administrative needs</li>
<li>Monitor shared inboxes and ensure fast, professional responses</li>
<li>Organize digital files and maintain structured documentation systems</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements</li>

<ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously</li>
<li>Fast response time and strong written communication</li>
<li>High sense of urgency</li>
<li>Self-starter with minimal need for oversight</li>
<li>Comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced culture</li>
<li>Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Salesforce, Docusign, etc.)</li>

<li>Experience in real estate operations or transaction coordination</li>
<li>Familiarity with contracts, escrow processes, and title timelines</li>
<li>Experience supporting sales teams</li>
<li>Someone that takes pride in clean files, tight communication, and operational excellence.</li>
