As an Application Consultant you will leverage your experience to provide business and functional expertise in customer implementations. Working with an incredibly talented team of ERP Consultants you will serve in a customer-facing role to understand business requirements and merge software capabilities with these requirements to provide customers with best-in-class business solutions. We support customers in a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance and Healthcare.</div>

</div><div></div><div><b>What You'll Accomplish:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Full lifecycle of Dynamics BC ERP software implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, training, and system cutover.</li>
<li>Migrate customers from legacy ERP solution to Dynamics BC ERP.</li>
<li>Develop deep and lasting relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Provide hypercare and post implementation support.</li>
<li>Meet project deadlines, budgets, and adhere to ERP implementation methodology, tools and standards.</li>
<li>Complete necessary ongoing training/professional development, obtain or renew product certifications as necessary.</li>
<li>Support the development of Associate Application Consultants within the practice.</li>
<li>Act as liaison between customer and developers to help define custom programming needs.</li>
<li>Participate in functional assessments at customer sites.</li>
<li>Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current internal processes and procedures.</li>
</ul></div><div><b>What You'll Bring:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Experience in Dynamics D365 ERP Core modules: Finance, Sales, Distribution, Purchasing.</li>
<li>Demonstrated functional knowledge in your area of expertise.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in business process review and translating requirements into business solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to Vervint offices (Grand Rapids, MI and Minneapolis, MN) and customer locations, if needed.</li>
<li>Professional acumen and customer-facing presence that is evident remotely, in person, or in email.</li>
</ul></div><div><b>Education/Experience:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, Accounting, or closely related field.</li>
<li>At least 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementations, or Dynamics D365 ERP implementation experience (BC, F&amp;O, NAV, AX, GP) and/or experience as a project lead in end-to-end ERP implementation.</li>

<li>Experience with ISVs (Insight Works, Continia, Binary Stream)</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate Dynamics BC ERP product and participate in pre-sales engagements</li>
